Policies

The price for two is $129 per night plus local and state applicable taxes (13% total tax)
For each additional person, it is $20 per person
2 night minimum on weekends and weekdays
Children over 12 are welcomed
A maximum of 4 guests
Any furnishings broken will be at the guests expense
Check in is at 3:00 pm
Check out is before 12 noon
No smoking
No lighted candles
No pets
